AI Usage and Content Policy

1. AI disclosure

Generated audio, lyrics or related material may be created or transformed by third-party AI systems. Human review by Opustune is not guaranteed.

2. Permission to process

You must own or have permission to use every prompt, text, recording, image, name, likeness, voice and other material you submit. You authorize the limited processing required to generate and deliver the requested result.

3. Rights in outputs

Subject to your rights in the input, the purchased offer, applicable law and provider terms, you may use delivered output for lawful purposes. Opustune does not promise copyright eligibility, exclusivity, originality, clearance for commercial use, or absence of similarity to other works.

4. Prohibited uses

• Infringing music, lyrics, recordings, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights.
• Deceptive impersonation, non-consensual voice or identity use, fraud, harassment or defamation.
• Illegal, exploitative or harmful content and attempts to bypass safeguards.
• Representing an AI-generated result as an authentic statement or performance by a real person without clear permission and disclosure.

5. Review and takedowns

You are responsible for reviewing an output and obtaining permissions before publication or commercial use. Opustune may block requests, remove access, preserve evidence or respond to valid rights-holder and legal notices. Contact support with a precise description and supporting information for a takedown request.
