1. Accepting these terms

By accessing or ordering through Opustune, you agree to these terms and the linked Privacy, Refund and AI Usage policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for your browser workspace account and your Telegram account, and for activity initiated through them. Keep your sign-in credentials and Telegram session secure. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and must not use the service where prohibited by law.

3. Orders, slots and delivery

An order purchases the number of generation slots shown before payment. One slot produces one song, and one generation creates one version of that song.

Current offers: a Quick order in the Telegram bot includes one slot for a song of up to 90 seconds. A Gift order in the browser workspace and the bot includes two slots, each for a song of up to 120 seconds; the second slot can be used for one alternative take.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary with provider availability.

• Review the offer, price and output description before paying.
• Keep the Telegram payment receipt and generation identifier until delivery is complete.
• Subscriptions are not offered unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise.

4. Payments

Purchases are charged in Telegram Stars. Checkout in the browser workspace opens Telegram to confirm the payment. Telegram processes the transaction and provides its identifier; Opustune does not receive card details. Prices and included slots displayed at checkout control that order.

5. Your content

You retain rights you hold in prompts and uploaded materials. You grant Opustune and its processors a limited permission to process that material only to operate, secure and support the service. You confirm that you have all permissions needed for anything you submit.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive or privacy-invasive material.
• Do not impersonate a real person, exploit a person’s identity or voice without permission, or misrepresent an AI-generated work as an authentic recording by that person.
• Do not disrupt the service, bypass safeguards, resell access without written permission, or use automated abuse.

7. AI-generated output

Outputs are produced with automated systems and may be inaccurate, similar to other outputs, unsuitable for a particular purpose, or not eligible for exclusive rights. The AI Usage Policy forms part of these terms.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or a specific creative result. To the extent permitted by law, Opustune is not liable for indirect losses or uses of output that breach these terms. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Suspension, changes and contact

Access may be limited for abuse, security risk, non-payment or legal requirements. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Contact support about an account, order, takedown or policy question.
