• For a browser workspace order, add the project link and the account email.
• Describe whether the problem is a duplicate charge, missing slot, failed delivery or another issue.

Generation issue

• Keep the original bot message and generation identifier.
• For a browser project, keep the project link and the status shown in the workspace.
• Explain what failed technically and whether any output was delivered.
• Do not include unrelated personal or payment information.

Privacy or rights request

Identify the account concerned (Telegram ID or workspace email) and state whether you request access, correction, deletion or a content takedown. We may need reasonable verification before acting on account data.

Security

Opustune support will never ask for your Telegram login code, password, full card number or wallet recovery phrase. Report suspicious messages through the configured official support channel.
